CARDIO CAMP
Balanced workout combining cardio and strength exercises. We engage a series of group cardio drills intermixed with interval strength stations. Utilizes a variety of equipment such as steps, weights, and stability balls. Exercises can be modified to all fitness levels.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Intense cardiovascular intervals combined with muscular strength and toning exercises make the class a complete, well-rounded workout in a short duration of time.

Gain strength & flexibility with plenty of instruction for newcomers and enough challenge for long-time practitioners.

BOOT CAMP AEROBICS
Boot Camp is a high intensity, fast-paced workout for the intermediate/advanced exerciser. If you are looking for a class to push you half way through your work-week, this is it! This class will challenge your cardiovascular fitness and get your heart pumping! Boot Camp provides basic, yet intensive exercises such as jumping jacks, conditioning drills, power moves and good ol' push-ups! This is not a beginner class.

STEP FOR ALL AEROBICS
Step For All is a high-intensity, low impact, fat-burning workout that's easy on the joints. By adding risers (or not) , you can customize the intensity to suit yourself.

BODY SCULPTING
Body Sculpting is a resistance training class which combines moderate-intensity cardio intervals with upper and lower body exercises. This class is designed to use your own body weight as well as hand weights to increase muscular endurance. The Club provides you with a step and two and three pound hand weights for your use during this class. It is strongly recommended that you bring in your own hand weights (5-10 lbs.) for a more challenging experience as you progress.

INTERVAL CARDIO
The only evening class that features weight training! Taught by Amy Lopez and Michelle Bradley, this class offers timed intervals of heart pumping cardio and strength training. Designed for all fitness levels -- high and low impact options. Includes abs and a relaxing stretch.

GENTLE YOGA
A beginning yoga class for those who are new to yoga or would just like to complement their regular yoga class with milder poses. Appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. Gentle yoga focuses on stress releasing moves with an emphasis on deep relaxation. Recommended for newcomers and those who seek restoration in a non-competitive environment.

ATHLETIC YOGA
Elevate the heart rate, increase strength and flexibility through a constant flow of yoga positions. Keeping the body at an aerobic state and ending the class in relaxation Beginners are welcomed. Don't forget to bring your mats!

MIXED-LEVEL YOGA
Through flowing yogaworkouts we will increase strength, flexibility, and balance. As we release tight muscles and counteract stress, we'll relax both body and mind. Beginners are always welcome.

CORE ABS CLASS
Few people realize the vital role their core muscles play in everyday activities. This routine recruits multiple muscle groups to build and support the core muscles while at the same time conditioning your body from head to toe! It also focuses on lumbar spine and trunk muscle strengthening, the essential foundation for all muscles in the body.

ZUMBA
A fun-filled dance aerobics class that fuses Latin rhythms with some hip hop, belly dancing and a few traditional aerobic moves.

NP90 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Starting January 2012, a new workout program that uses advanced training techniques to accelerate results by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body never plateaus. The 90- day program requires individuals to report to class three times a week as well as completing a one hour cardio requirement each Tuesday and Thursday. The cost is $150 per person for the three month program. The class will begin the first week in January at 5:30 am, Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. A nutrition seminar is included in this program to help each individual reach their fitness objective while enrolled in the program. Space is limited.

PRE-SCHOOL & YOUNG OLYMPIANS KARATE
These classes provide instructions in balance beam, tumbling, plus basic Karate self-defense techniques. It will teach your child balance and coordination as well as promote muscle strength, body control and awareness. In addition, children will be introduced to the discipline of karate in a fun and positive, environment focusing on hand/eye coordination. A Karate uniform may be purchased from the instructor
